Information Regarding the Right of Withdrawal

A. Cancellation notice for subscription and consulting services.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify the following address of your decision to withdraw from the contract in a clear statement (e.g., by post or email):

You can use the sample cancellation form below; however, this is not mandatory.

To comply with the deadline, simply send your cancellation notice before the cancellation period expires.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you cancel your order, we will refund the payments we received from you within fourteen days at the latest from the date we receive your cancellation notification.

Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, we will use the same payment method you used for the initial transaction. You will not be charged any fees for this refund.

If you explicitly requested that the service begin within the cancellation period, you may be required to pay a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of the service provided up to your cancellation notice to the total scope of the contract.

The paid consultancy service has been fully completed and prior to the commencement of the service:

1. You have explicitly agreed to the service commence before the cancellation period expires, and

2. If you acknowledge that you understand you will lose your right to withdraw from the contract upon full completion of the service,

Your right to withdraw from the contract expires upon full completion of the service.

B. Cancellation notice for digital guides

For digital content not presented on a physical data carrier, the right of withdrawal expires only when all of the following conditions are met and the content begins to be delivered:

1. Your explicit consent to the content being sent before the 14-day cancellation period expires,

2. By giving this approval, you acknowledge that you are aware that you will lose your right to withdraw from the contract once performance has commenced.

3. The contract and confirmation of your consents will be sent to you via a permanent data storage medium.

Even if these conditions are not met, the mere statement "no returns" in the general terms and conditions does not negate the right to withdraw from the contract.

C. Tickets for events on specific dates

There is no legal right of withdrawal under BGB §312g(2) no. 9 for tickets to entertainment or leisure events offered on a specific date or period.

For consumers in Türkiye, the exception under Article 15(1)(g) of the Regulation on Distance Contracts may also be applied.

The organizer reserves the right to cancel the event, in cases of defective service, or other mandatory consumer rights.
